Return & Refund Policy

At Khushi Sinks (www.khushisinks.com), we aim to provide high-quality kitchen sinks and metal mosaic tiles. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, replacements, and refunds in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 2019, E-commerce Rules, 2020, and other applicable Indian laws.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  2. The request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery (unless otherwise specified for special products).
  3. The product is in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.

Note: Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.


2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@khushisinks.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you on the return process and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Important: Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.


3. Return Process

  1. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  2. Include all accessories, manuals, and a copy of the invoice.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support.
  4. Return shipping costs will generally be borne by Khushi Sinks if the product is defective or delivered incorrectly. For buyer’s remorse or change of mind, return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.

4. Refunds

  1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Replacements

  1. If the product is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  2. Replacements will be shipped within a reasonable time frame, subject to stock availability.
  3. If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Damaged or Faulty Products

  • Inspect your product immediately upon delivery.
  • Report any damage, defect, or missing parts within 7 days of delivery.
  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable:

  1. Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
  2. Products without original packaging, tags, or invoices.
  3. Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective).
  4. Products sold at discounted “final sale” prices (if explicitly stated).

8. International Orders

  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import compliance.
  • Returns from international shipments are subject to buyer’s expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return under this policy.
